Voordelen van een aluminium zijwand veranda
Een aluminium zijwand veranda biedt u het hele jaar extra leefruimte. Doordat de wand de zijkant volledig afsluit, merkt u nauwelijks nog last van wind of neerslag. Ook in de zomer blijft het aangenaam onder de overkapping, want de wand geeft extra schaduw en beschutting.
Daarnaast werkt een aluminium zijwand als extra isolatielaag. Uw veranda houdt warmte beter vast en de wind langs de gevel wordt gebroken. Dat vermindert tocht en bespaart op termijn energie. Bovendien stijgt de waarde van uw woning na het plaatsen van een aluminum patio cover met zijwanden. U voegt namelijk extra woonruimte toe, wat aantrekkelijk is bij een eventuele verkoop.
Specificaties en kleuren van de aluminium zijwand
De aluminium zijwand van Valk Veranda bestaat uit gepoedercoat aluminium, verkrijgbaar in 2 standaardkleuren. De panelen zijn 16 mm dik en 160 mm hoog, gestapeld tot een sluitende wand. Hiermee sluit u een overkapping af tot een hoogte van 190 cm. Wilt u toch nog lichtinval aan de bovenkant? Dan combineert u de zijwand met een optioneel spiekozijn. Zo blijft er voldoende daglicht naar binnen komen, ook wanneer de wand verder gesloten is. Bekijk ook de volledige zijwanden voor uw veranda als u nog twijfelt tussen de opties.
Aluminium zijwand of polycarbonaat zijwand?
Twijfelt u tussen een aluminium overkapping met zijwanden en een polycarbonaat variant? Beide opties beschermen tegen wind en regen, maar het verschil zit in het licht. Een aluminium zijwand laat weinig licht door en geeft daardoor de meeste privacy. Een polycarbonaat zijwand laat juist wel licht door, waardoor uw veranda lichter aanvoelt.
Kiest u voor privacy en een rustig, gesloten geheel? Dan is aluminium de logische keuze. Wilt u liever veel daglicht behouden? Dan sluit een polycarbonaat zijwand beter aan bij uw wensen. Combineert u dit met een glass sliding door, dan opent u de zijkant volledig zodra het weer dat toelaat.
Zoekt u nog meer privacy en een betere isolatie dan de standaard aluminium zijwand biedt? Dan zijn de sandwichpanelen uit ons assortiment een goed alternatief. Deze panelen zijn dikker en hebben een vulling. Zo blijft uw veranda koeler in de zomer en warmer in de winter.

I had a truly remarkable experience with Valk Veranda. I moved into a new house two months ago and had already accepted an offer for sliding glass doors to be installed in my backyard. However, I realized just a few days ago that the heat pump is ground source. So, pipes were buried in the garden, and I don't know the layout or where the installation of poles might occur. There is a risk of damaging the heat pump pipes underneath.
This morning I called to discuss the risk, the owner, Kamil, showed incredible integrity. He could have easily told me that the custom-sized glass was already in production and charged me for the materials. Instead, he was completely honest, contacted their glass manufacturing partner and checked the fabrication status immediately. Later this afternoon he told me to cancel the order because the production hadn't started yet.
He prioritized my financial well-being over making their own money. It is not often nowadays here to find a business owner so trustworthy and ethical. If you want to work with someone who has a genuine heart and honesty, I cannot recommend Kamil and Valk Veranda enough!
