They have very good service. In May, Valk Veranda installed a patio roof with an awning. A month ago, I lost my remote control for the awning. They sent a new one free of charge. I am extremely satisfied with Valk Veranda! They really took the time for us, despite our busy schedules, and everything was arranged properly right away. Taking the measurements was completely coordinated with our planning. During the installation, the craftsmanship was clearly visible—they work neatly, accurately, and think along with you. Afterwards, everything was also cleaned up very nicely.
The only minor point for improvement would be to send a message beforehand with the expected time of arrival. In my mind it was 9:00, but they arrived at 10:00. Otherwise, truly top service and definitely recommended!
