From the very beginning, they are proactive and respond very quickly. Initially, I was given an installation appointment a few months out. However, it was extremely lucky and exceptional in my case, as I received a much earlier spot. So in total, from signing the contract to getting it finished, it only took less than ~2 days. This fast speed and professional service quality is truly amazing~

First, we looked around the showroom and were warmly welcomed. Then we discussed our wishes and received a sharp offer and good advice. Afterward, everything was measured and installed today. Last Monday, our veranda was installed. Everything was custom-made or tailored on-site. The team (3 strong) worked together like a well-oiled machine, each with their own task. The experience in the showroom was also very personal; questions afterward were taken seriously. It's a genuine feeling of customer care. Today, March 2, 2026, our greenhouse was installed. From the initial showroom visit, measurements taken on-site, and the installation by Valk's technicians today, everything has gone very correctly and perfectly. It looks beautiful and we are very happy with it.

On February 4th, our veranda was installed. From the beginning, communication was very pleasant; all my questions were answered. We are very satisfied with our veranda. No less than 4 mechanics came and they set up the veranda in 3.5 hours. The work was delivered neatly and the waste was taken away.
